ELEMENTS 101

YOGA

The 5 elements are the building blocks of the universe and man. Understanding the elements helps us to understand ourselves and integrate with the universe we live in. 

Earth, air, water, fire and ether. Feminine and masculine powers. Balance. 

​

In Elements 101 studies, we will examine all the elements one by one and experience which elements are intense, yoga, breathing and meditation practices that we will use to balance them.

​

By using yoga (yin, yang, vinyasa), breathing, pranayama and meditation techniques, we will feel and experience the chakras, explore ourselves more closely and develop awareness of our needs, free ourselves from our thoughts and habits that reduce our energy, and reprogram ourselves.

YOGALATES ONLINE

Yogalates classes, where I combine yoga and pilates practices, start on April 16. They will be included in the content of the 6-class online classes that will last until April 30: 

 

-- Breathing techniques and meditation practices

-- Pilates exercises for hips, abdomen and legs where we strengthen major muscles and joints

-- Yoga practices for deep muscle groups and flexibility

 

 

You can sign up for online yogalates classes for strength, balance, flexibility and calmness. Lessons are paid with limited participants.

CHAKRAS 101

YOGA

Chakras are our main energy centers on the spine and they govern our physical, mental and emotional state, behavior, decisions, mood, and consciousness. 

 

In Online Chakras 101 studies, we will examine 7 chakras one by one and experience yoga, breathing and meditation practices to balance each chakra.

 

Using yoga (yin, yang, vinyasa), breathing, pranayama, sounds, bija mantras, colors and meditation techniques, we will feel and experience the chakras, explore ourselves more closely and develop awareness of our needs, free ourselves from our thoughts and habits that reduce our energy and reprogram ourselves.

ONLINE YOGA & PILATES

In the lessons that I will divide as beginner and intermediate-advanced levels, there will be lessons where I can see the participants through a special application, guide them and suggest suitable poses. You can send me a message to join the online classes that will last for 2 weeks, which we will do 3 days a week.
